Purchased a 2012 Murano from Vann York's High Point Nissan recently. Staff was courteous. Sales Associate, Russell McDowell, was very knowledgable about the Murano. He walked us around and through the car very thoroughly. We left with our new Murano feeling like we were settled in already. Our Murano was featured on the website at a really good price, so we made the 20 mile trip! So far, the staff in Service has been very friendly and accommodating. Since the dealership isn't one of the "big box dealers", it has a more family friendly feel to it - we don't feel like we're just another number to them. That makes us want to keep coming back. We'd highly recommend working with Russell and with Craig Spencer in Service. Would have rated quality of service work higher, but have had limited - but positive - experience with them so far. Certainly plan to maintain vehicle through this dealership. More
