Like family Two techs helped me solve a problem with stains on my plastic info glass, They found a plastic polish that removed the stains. Be careful what you clean your dash with.It was suggested to put products on rag and avoid sprays that would go beyond labeled areas for the products. More

Excellent Customer Service! I purchased my 2018 Outback from Strider Subaru and have had all of my service work done there. They have always been very professional. They are go I purchased my 2018 Outback from Strider Subaru and have had all of my service work done there. They have always been very professional. They are good to help me get back and forth to work. I just had them put tires on my car. The tire had a rebate. When i went to pay for the tires, they had made all the copies I needed and filled out the rebate form , so all i had to do was fill in my name and put it in the mail. Just one example of the little things they do go the extra mile. More

Service We all know that a dealership is out to sell cars. That's business. But how often do you hear about SERVICE? I am talking about the physical aspect of We all know that a dealership is out to sell cars. That's business. But how often do you hear about SERVICE? I am talking about the physical aspect of service on the vehicle and the concern of the service manager to give the candid information regarding questions. My Subaru came with the Yokohama factory tires and i had to replace them due to normal wear. My discussion with the service manager surrounded various brands of tires and how they would perform and wear. Knowing the Subaru engineers had designed this car to meet their prescribed driving and handling, I knew it was an important thing for me. The service and parts managers were very knowledgable and informative regarding customer problems with certain brands on the Subaru. All this resulted in my choosing the Yokohama brand again because I wanted to make a decision on what I regarded the best tire for my vehicle and the way I drive.
