Great Experience I started in February looking to find a new car as an surprise anniversary gift for my wife. After explaining the situation, Derek Smith and the team understood my plan. We agreed to a price with little issue and the car was ready a month ahead of schedule. Derek Smith worked with me on storing the car for another month till the anniversary date. One night when a storm was approaching, Derek even took my car and put it under shelter to avoid any storm damage. Derek was great to work with in that he always had everything ready when it was time. I did not have to spend a lot of time going through paperwork and haggling with any issues. More

Charles was great in his handling of our disappointment and convinced us to test drive another Highlander. Once we determined that we were interested he worked quickly to find one that fit our needs. After a few minutes of discussion about buying the car we had test driven he and Marvin found a vehicle that completely matched what we were looking for a quickly secured the vehicle. While we had to wait a few days for the Highlander to arrive we were very pleased with the quick response and customer friendly attitude of everyone at Vann York. Charles kept us informed and had the vehicle ready and waiting for us last night. Vinnie quickly worked the the paperwork, an introduction to the service team and a thorough explanation of the features from Charles we were on our way. From selecting the car all the way through to purchasing, it was the easiest I have ever experienced. Charles took all the time explaining everything from Bluetooth to the fold down rear seats. He was even there on his day off - that is something you don't see anymore. I will certainly recommend Charles and the dealership to all of my friends.
