He had a superb knowledge of the different vehicles and features and even did a comparison spec sheet that compared the toyota highlander (which we ended up purchasing) with another make/model car that we were also considering at the time. We found him to be pleasant, personable, professional,and well educated as far as the Toyota brand. We also had a very good experience with the finance manager (don't remember his name.) Again, professional, prompt and a pleasure to work with. I would gladly recommend Peter and the Vann York dealership to my friends and family. More
