Although I will mention that I took my dad with me, so that may be why I was treated with more respect than I had previously experienced). Fred Cook was extremely friendly and understood that, as a student, I would not be able to pay out the wazoo for a car. They had a 2016 Rav4 on the market for a while, so they had recently lowered its price to a great value. I was sure something must have been wrong with the car at that value (as I had experienced with other used cars at other dealerships), but when I test drove it it seemed like it was in perfect condition. They allowed me to have it inspected by a NAPA auto repair shop, and he found almost nothing wrong with the car (except an old battery and a burnt out light bulb above the driver's visor). Vann York Toyota had even put on new tires and new brake pads, and I was amazed by the near-perfect condition of the car. I had to buy a new battery, but they fixed the bulb for me before I bought the car. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received at Vann York Toyota! They have also followed up a couple of times to make sure I am having a good experience with my car. I am very impressed with their service, and I highly recommend shopping here. More
