Awsome Experience We bought 2 new cars from Vann York and found it to be an excellent experience. We were upside down on 1 of our old vehicles and Terrence found a way We bought 2 new cars from Vann York and found it to be an excellent experience. We were upside down on 1 of our old vehicles and Terrence found a way to make it work for us. They got us out of the negative equity side and now we are 2 vehicles on the good side of both. Great sales experience We went into Vann York for the vehicle exchange program. We found a 2013 Kia Soul that had just been traded. Working with Bradford Severance and Manny We went into Vann York for the vehicle exchange program. We found a 2013 Kia Soul that had just been traded. Working with Bradford Severance and Manny Wilson was a good experience. They were able to put together a sales package which end saved us $30.00 a month on my wife's car payment. But the best thing was the sales package on a 2016 Tacoma. They were able to accept my trade of a 2015 Chevy Colorado and put me in a new lease of $6.00 more a month. This was the best car sales experience I have ever had in NC. Bradford and Manny are great to work with. There have been a couple of post sales issues that have been addressed with Bradford and Manny and to date an effort has been made to correct and resolve them. But overall I still hold this sales experience as a 10+ More

Mike Rose & Van York Rock! Last week was a disaster! I wrecked my 2008 Prius coming home from work. I loved this car - Mike Rose found it for me a little over 2 years ago and it Last week was a disaster! I wrecked my 2008 Prius coming home from work. I loved this car - Mike Rose found it for me a little over 2 years ago and it WAS a great car. I was sick to find out it was being totaled on a Monday and called Mike to beg him to find me another used Prius as nice as that one on Tuesday. Mike has outdone himself again! Wednesday morning at 9:30am Mike was standing next to my next 'dream" car when I pulled into Van York's parking lot. I drove this 2010 Pearlized white Prius in excellent condition for 15 seconds before I knew I had to have it. Mike...You had me at Heated Seats!! Everyone at the dealership made it easy for me handling all the details of loans and paperwork. Thank you as well to Vince Retorto! I was out the door before noon and driving a beautiful 'new' car. Grateful to Mike and the team at Van York for a great car at a great price! More
