Very pleasant and mostly pain free I had entered an inquiry on the internet that I was interested in a RAV4 and was contacted a few times but I responded to Justin Spaugh. When I drove I had entered an inquiry on the internet that I was interested in a RAV4 and was contacted a few times but I responded to Justin Spaugh. When I drove up to the dealership he and a couple of others were standing out front. When I got out of my car I said," if you're name isn't Justin I'm not interested" and Justin stepped up. He showed me a really good deal but it just wasn't what I was looking for (mostly cosmetically) especially the interior. I came back with my husband and he was noticing that I was circling the car over and over and wasn't smiling. He knew I wasn't sold and wasn't going to buy this car. I spotted another RAV and asked about it and fell in love immediately. There wasn't and isn't anything about this care I don't like. No extra that isn't a big plus.
