TERRIBLE! I bought my vehicle in February of 2014. The transmission went out in August of 2014, when I took the vehicle back to get it repaired because, it was I bought my vehicle in February of 2014. The transmission went out in August of 2014, when I took the vehicle back to get it repaired because, it was still under the warranty, I sat in the lobby for over two hours before someone could FINIALLY help me. Once they helped me they stated they would have it fixed in less than one week. Well two weeks passed before it was "fixed". Oh and during these entire two weeks they were letting me drive a rental car that I was told I would only have to pay for the first day of the rental car, which I was told would be less than $100.. WRONG.. They charged me over $500.00 for the rental car, and my vehicle they "FIXED" still has transmission fluid leaking from the seals of the transmission. Then when I checked my transmission fluid which was less than a month after they fixed the transmission, the fluid was as black as motor oil!! I spoke with a mechanic who works somewhere other than where I bought this lemon, and he said there's no way the transmission fluid should be this color with as many miles as I had put on it, unless they put in already used/burnt transmission fluid in the repaired transmission!! I look forward to taking my vehicle back in the morning once again just so I can be avoided like the plague. Avoid this place like the xxxx plague, because that is what they will do to you if something goes wrong with your vehicle while it is still under a warranty! Also don't take their word on anything. They will say one thing and do another! More
