Mike takes his time with me and listens w I just bought my second Prius from Mike Reid at Vann York Toyota, first a 2010 pre-owned and now a new one. Mike takes his time with me and listens well, even brought out several models and colors before I made my decision. It seems important to him that his customers are happy with the whole process as well as the outcome. Both times he brought the price down to my comfort level. Over the years everyone I've dealt with, including the sales manager, salesman, finance manager, and all the service people, have been very friendly and professional and have taken good care of me. I highly recommend Vann York Toyota! More

Wonderful new truck buying experience I was in need of a new or newer Toyota Tacoma truck. My mother and I searched for several weeks and finally decided to go to Vann York Toyota which i I was in need of a new or newer Toyota Tacoma truck. My mother and I searched for several weeks and finally decided to go to Vann York Toyota which is over 50 miles from my home. It was certainly worth the trip. The dealership was very busy that day, but we were hardly out of our vehicle when we were greeted by Greg Reantillo. They did not have the truck in inventory that I wanted but Greg informed us that one would be available in about 4 weeks. True to his word the truck arrived within the week he stated. Greg was courteous and most helpful. The kind of salesman that we all would prefer. More

2011 Prius My husband and I were in the market for a newer car for me as I commute 5 days a week. We went to another dealership in the area and were not given honest information about their inventory so we decided to check out Vann York instead. We were immediately greeted by Greg Reantillo. Greg was great. He wasn't pushy, which we really appreciated, and he was really a joy to work with. It was around 7pm when we got to the lot, we test drove one vehicle and looked at a few, and I drove off with the car right at 9pm. We are very pleased with our purchase, our experience at Vann York and Greg. We will definitely be repeat customers. More

Very nice experience for an older couple Older people have little understanding of all these new devices on cars today . Scott Dowd showed us everything and took the time and did it slowly, so that we could understand what he was showing us.
