What is it with attempting to get service at Vara Chevrolet! I've sent letters to Mr. Vara himself. I did receive one phone indicating that my 2022 Silverado will be looked at. I was told that my tru Chevrolet! I've sent letters to Mr. Vara himself. I did receive one phone indicating that my 2022 Silverado will be looked at. I was told that my truck will be looked at on Monday, Nope! I did not receive a phone call, a text or email after that! When I purchased my Silverado from Vara Chevrolet, so many promises were spoken! I believe that it was just talk! It seems that when something goes wrong, Vara is not there to provide service (like "they" promised). Now my goal is to pay off this truck as fast as I can, and get rid of it. It's not worth the headache to fight with Vara Chevrolet, it's not! I believe Vara Chevrolet is waiting for my warranty to run out! I purchased my Silverado in Jan 2023, months later, the computer went out. Vara kept my Silverado for almost two months! I had to fight for a loaner! Now the rear camera is not working! Negative results! I believe that service after the sell at Vara Chevrolet is non-existent. If you plan to buy a vehicle from Vara Chevrolet, beware buyer and hope your vehicle has no problems! If it does, good luck in trying to get service from Mr. Vara!!!! More
