Terrible experience. I felt like I was lied to from day one just to make another sale. From ordering my 2023 C8 Corvette I was told one thing and 16 months later when my I felt like I was lied to from day one just to make another sale. From ordering my 2023 C8 Corvette I was told one thing and 16 months later when my vehicle arrived I was told something else. I had to argue with the sales manager and the owner just to get what I signed up for. My parents bought several vehicles from them in the past and now I realize why they stopped. This was my first and last purchase with them. More

Took my 2016 Silverado in for what was hopefully warranty work. The gentleman checking me in went on a rant about vehicle warrantees and how inconvenient they are to work with. Oh and how incredibly busy the work. The gentleman checking me in went on a rant about vehicle warrantees and how inconvenient they are to work with. Oh and how incredibly busy they were today. 5 1/2 hours later I still had not heard back, so I called. I was told by a young lady that the transmission checked out fine,so now they were going to have someone else look at it. Transmission? I didn't leave it there for transmission work. I left it there because there is a big wobble in the front at speeds over 70 mph. I never said the word transmission or eluded to transmission issues. They never even looked at the front end after five and a half hours. I told them I was coming to get my truck NOW. When I arrived, they had to track my keys down. I was prepared to argue about the mandatory $140 fee to just check the truck. In their favor, they did not try to charge me. A completely wasted trip and wasted day. I will not be using them again.
