We purchased a MKZ over the weekend at Varsity Lincoln and we're very pleased with our experience! Sam was our salesman and was very friendly and personable. My oil change and key battery change went so smoothly. Rachel was the kindest and most efficient rep I’ve encountered there. I took my car to Varsity Lincoln for an oil change and a few other minor things today. The service was great starting with Bill Hardin who made everything happen, Rudy and Amy and the body shop, the ladies few other minor things today. My wife usually takes our cars in but Pat did remember me by name. We have leased all of our cars from Varsity since they opened 30 years ago and always take them there for any service. More
