I just picked up my new Lincoln Nautilus Lease this week and have been working with Andy Elrod in getting Lincoln’s from him for about 40 Years. I drove the car home that night and did not know I ran over and have been working with Andy Elrod in getting Lincoln’s from him for about 40 Years. I drove the car home that night and did not know I ran over a Screw and when I came out in the morning I had a flat. I always purchase your road hazard/ tire Insurance and reached out to Brandon S and he got me in immediately to fix my tire. The following night I had a powertrain Fault and it registered on my Lincoln App and called Brandon S and he said we need to check that out immediately. Also Joe P was extremely helpful as well. Both of these Service Reps are the best of the best. They communicated with me every step of the way in a world today that rarely communicates in Customer Service. My car now is running great and can’t thank Brandon S and Joe P enough on taking care of me so promptly and efficiently. Service consultant Brandon S was very supportive in getting me oil change in a pinch. Thought I had locked in nline appointment for a busy Monday morning Unfortunately, appointment was not set up.
