She made me feel comfortable and because I decided to go ahead with some optional services which would take more time, offered to have Bill dri way. After all of the services were performed, he picked me up. The work done was in a very professional manner and my car now is in tip top shape thanks to Vatland's team. But it was Debbie who kept me apprised of the work and the timing via cell phone calls. That made all the difference! More

The service department is a bunch of liars. I have documentation showing I was lied to several times while trying to get a RECALL repair done. Took my vehicle to them for a warranty repair, tha I have documentation showing I was lied to several times while trying to get a RECALL repair done. Took my vehicle to them for a warranty repair, that they said they did not have the part for. They told me of the recall and said they would perform the recall once the warranty part was received. After waiting A MONTH for them to contact me, they began telling LIE AFTER LIE. First they stated they did not know what part was needed for the warranty repair. They said they had "called Chrysler several times and not received a call back from them". How does a DEALERSHIP not know what part to order? Do they think customers are stupid? Then the next lie was that they cannot do the recall at the moment because they're "only allowed to do a certain number of recalls each month" and they could not tell me WHEN they could do it. So I called Chrysler and got confirmation that all of the above were LIES. Chrysler stated that dealers have a direct line to get assistance and there is no way to "leave a message" because the calls are answered by a human directly. They also said that Vatland CLOSED OUT my repair order for the recall and the warranty repair so that is why those repairs could not be done. They told me to have Vatland reopen the repair order and they would IMMEDIATELY EXPEDITE the recall repair and the warranty part shipment. Chrysler also told me that the dealership lied about "only being allowed to do a limited number of recalls each month ". They said the nature of this recall is considered URGENT and dealers know this. They also said that ALL PARTS are IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE as soon as they are requested by the dealers. So after confronting Erin, my supposed service rep at Vatland, and telling her mistruths have been told, she then told me they had to close out the repair offer "because I took the vehicle out of the dealership". I said YOU are the one who told me you "didn't have the parts and would call me as soon as they were in" to do the recall and repairs. Then strung me along with lies for over a MONTH only for me to find out you CLOSED the repair order. CLEARLY they don't want to do recall work because they cannot overcharge a customer for them. They're too busy ripping customers off and lying to them to perform URGENT recalls. And they expect customers to BELIEVE THEIR LIES. They are now being investigated by Chrysler and a formal complaint has been lodged. Take your vehicle ANYWHERE ELSE or you will be lied to and ignored! More
