The quality of service is very good (efficient and conducted properly the first time). The hospitality area and personnel are welcoming, friendly and demonstrated great customer service. My service advisor was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful with responding to any questions I had. My only concern was overhearing an employee (male) in the parts department who was obviously upset about something using very inappropriate language (f-word) multiple times that could be heard by all of us in the waiting area. While I'm sure this was an isolated incident, it was a little disturbing to hear this type of language and lack of common courtesy and professionalism in the workplace. More

As I am completely satisfied with my service by Bruce always,he is awesome in every way,I am appalled that with such an expensive vehicle this 2024 Jeep Altitude does not come with a Cargo retractable co always,he is awesome in every way,I am appalled that with such an expensive vehicle this 2024 Jeep Altitude does not come with a Cargo retractable cover in the back ,so so upsetting !!!! Both batteries of my Pacifica were dead. AAA was able to get it started, but told me that the batteries needed to be replaced. I contacted Vatland dealership and told him the situation. Even AAA was able to get it started, but told me that the batteries needed to be replaced. I contacted Vatland dealership and told him the situation. Even though it was late, they told me to come in and they would, try to replace the batteries. With rush-hour traffic, I was running late, but they waited for me and replaced both batteries. I can’t say enough good about them. I really appreciated all that they did. I haley recommend Vatland of Vero Beach. More
