My vehicle was not ready for me the evening of the sale (Very late sale, as I was the last customer to leave.) as Jonathon wanted to make sure it was detailed and had a full tank of gas for me. He also arranged for me to take home (for that evening) a more then comparable vehicle until my New Pilot could be presented to me in the morning. He even helped me load my 2 children car seats so I could install them later. I can’t say enough of the sales manager and finance personnel as their involvement resulted in the most favorable outcomes. Their tireless work made this possible, to say I am pleased is an understatement. More

Ron and Lon have been very helpful in this repair and previous situations where Lon backed me up in getting reimbursed for an unnecessary part replacement done at a Honda dealer in New York when I was traveling.
