Unbelievable Service! My engine light came on so I drove directly to the service center. They took me right in and the car was done in less than 3 hours. Oil Change EXCELLENT SERVICE! I was hesitant to have an oil change at a 'dealership', as the last time I went, I was told I "needed brakes ASAP!!' He was 'scar EXCELLENT SERVICE! I was hesitant to have an oil change at a 'dealership', as the last time I went, I was told I "needed brakes ASAP!!' He was 'scared for" me to drive home! We left, stopping to buy brake pads on the way home. Took it to our mechanic who told me "(that dealership) lied to you. . Your brakes will last you for years to come'. Brianna welcomed me, speaking to me as a friend, not just a client. Lon was so helpful in explaining things, and fixing even tiny little things that others might think inconsequential, but to me, meant a great deal. I received excellent service and am so happy my Uncle took be to Vatlland Honda to buy and to service my vehicle. I could not be happier! Thank you Brianna, Thank you Lon!! More

Buddy the sales guy was great. Sales Manager a bit on the chicken side.. Far and away least sleazy of the car dealerships I dealt with on this effort Still not what I would call cus Sales Manager a bit on the chicken side.. Pay your sales people to negotiate and reward them... let the wizard go and save some overhead. More
