I am quite a car nut so I have purchased many different cars from several different dealerships over the years. However, one of my more recent purchases was from this dealership the first week after it was cars from several different dealerships over the years. However, one of my more recent purchases was from this dealership the first week after it was purchased by Cramer and I was amazed at how friendly and easy the experience was so I tried them again on this most recent purchase(a 2011 Accord coupe) and sure enough the whole experience was great -- a good deal, friendly and helpful staff, etc. Frankly I was surprised since so many of my car purchase experiences have been a nightmare, but this dealership seems genuinely different. Next time I won't even bother to shop around. Why be insulted and harassed by the other dealerships when I can just go here and get treated right the first time. More
