A Touch Of Great Hospitality I can not say enough about Cramer Toyota. I had been looking for a car on their web site. I found one and talked to a customer rep. online. Next I received a call from Randy Haden from their internet sales. He was so very helpful, answering any questions I had. Set up an appointment to come to Cramer on Tuesday. From the moment I walked through their doors I felt so special. Fran Slump was the person who worked with me and gave me 100% of her time. Sherri F. was patient and supportive and worked with me and trying to find the best deal for me. The financial staff as well as great and did not pressure me or push me to put money down or just take their deal. They were realistic and creative. My car I was trading in was not old and I was upside down with it. They were able to help me get in a car that I now feel safe in and comfortable. Sales sells a Scam extended warranty. Have a trans failure on a 2007 Highlander with 45k miles. call the extended warranty sold by Cramer. Not covered they want to see service records for Have a trans failure on a 2007 Highlander with 45k miles. call the extended warranty sold by Cramer. Not covered they want to see service records for transmission. There is no trans service required till 60k miles! Just an excuse to scam the customer! Dont spend money on this warranty! Called Toyota, they could care less as well that the trans failed at 45000 miles. Contract #WAS0080001478 Time to visit my lawyer! More

Lease of my new Avalon Last Saturday, my husband and I came to Cramer Toyota to look at the new Avalon. We have purchased many cars in the past from Cramer and always return because of their wonderful treatment of customers. Two years ago I purchased a new Camry from Omar Eastman and asked for him again. He was in the showroom and was, as usual, most helpful. Would I go back to Cramer Toyota? Absolutely. Would I recommend Cramer Toyota? Absolutely. My pleasant experience started "on line" and ended in a clean, modern, welcoming Dealership. The response I re recommend Cramer Toyota? Absolutely. My pleasant experience started "on line" and ended in a clean, modern, welcoming Dealership. The response I received from Brian Kramer (my salesman) was immediate, and the follow-through consistent, friendly, and low-keyed. In fact, he made the difference. What a guy. He was so accommodating, understanding my "wants" and very patient. This is the way to buy a new car. In the end, calculating my trade-in (a major factor in any new vehicle purchase) he and Cramer Toyota exceeded my expectations (which were sky high!). These folks bent over backwards to sell me the vehicle I really wanted. Drove in mine, drove out theirs - now mine! Closing paperwork was exceptionally fast and professional. Preparation of the vehicle was excellent. Probably the best thing about Brian Kramer is you can really talk with this man who will help you buy or just plan a possible purchase, no gimmicks but a factual, truthful and rewarding experience. Incidentally, the Van is the only one on the market worth buying! More
