I stopped by the dealership personal to find out if they could do the recall on my 5000 service appt already made. Mercedes checked the time and date of the original appt. She stated they could handle the recall at the same time but I would be there for hours. I prepared for this by bring computer work to do there along with calls to make. I met Straley Sleigh, xxx’t. Service Manager at this appt. He assured me they could do the recall work which did take 3 hours but I was prepared and got work done while waiting for my car. Now I know who to call when scheduling a service app’t. Thanks to Straley! More
