Dear GRUMPY717, I am sorry that all of our efforts to link your cell phone to the blue tooth system of your 2013 Avalon have been unsuccessful. As the General Manager I have taken a special interest in helping you and have twice met you at the dealership to solve this problem. Unfortunately the cell phone you own which is a pre-paid Track Phone will not work with the Avalon. The dealership did offer to reimburse you money towards the upgrade to a regular contract phone and even offered to help you in the selection.
