We bought my wife's car here. The purchase was not a bad experience. She got a good deal. The service department is another matter. We bought a service plan so the oil changes and basic service was pre-paid. Of course that meant they would find another $200-- $300 worth of work that "had to be done" every visit. The final straw was when they told her she neded new brakes, that they were so bad that they would not let her drive the car. She had to have a complete brake job right then, that her car was unsafe to drive. After insisting on taking the car for another opinion, we got a call from that repair shop asking why we thought the brakes needed work, was she experiencing issues that might point them in a different direction? They said the brakes had another two to three years service left on them. Today I took in her battery that was dead. A seven year battery dead after three years. Auto Zone had tested it for me and suggested I take i back to Toyota as it was obviously under warranty. Since I had the battery and not the car at first they said there was nothing they could do. The employee and manager attitudes were so bad that I got angry real quick. After a coulple calls I was able to get the info they required and they finally replaced the battery at a prorated cost. It took ten minutes of going back and forth before they were finally able to write me up. Will never set foot in this dealarship again. More

Excellent Lease deal on a 13 Camry...Brian Kramer was a huge help and never pushy. Ron was super in finance and had us in and out in no time. And Jeff the Sales Manager was very friendly. We recently purchased a used 2011 avalon from Cramer toyota (our 5th purxhase fron Cramer). Both my wife and I have commented that it was the most pleasing vehicle transaction that we have experienced toyota (our 5th purxhase fron Cramer). (Frank Ragen)was pleasant--hint- no high pressure-and very very helpful through the entire process--including after sale issues. We don't care where you buy, but you you are short changing yourself if you don't consider Cramer Toyota as a possible source for your next vehicle. More

WHEN I BOUGHT THE NEW AVALON I HAD NO INTENTIONS OF BUYING A NEW PHONE TOO. THE SALESMAN NEVER ASKED ABOUT MY PHONE OR SAID ANYTHING ABOUT HOW MANY THINGS IT CONTROLLED IN THE CAR. WHEN I COULDNT G BUYING A NEW PHONE TOO. THE SALESMAN NEVER ASKED ABOUT MY PHONE OR SAID ANYTHING ABOUT HOW MANY THINGS IT CONTROLLED IN THE CAR. WHEN I COULDNT GET IT CONNECTED TO THE BLUETOOTH SERVICE I CAME BACK AND ASKED HIM TO TRY. HE COULDNT GET IT TO WORK EITHER SO HE SET UP AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE SERVICE DEPT. WHEN I BROUGHT THE CAR IN JEFF TOLD ME THE PHONE WOULD HAVE TO BE "UPGRADED" I CALLED MOTOROLA AND THE AGENT JUST LAUGHED AND SAID " HE MUST BE KIDDING" THIS PHONE IS ONLY 6 MONTHS OLD AND WORKS FINE IN MY OTHER CAR. WE WENT TO CRAMER TOYOTA IN 2002 TO PURCHASE A NEW HIGHLANDER. OUR EXPERIENCE WAS SO GOOD, THAT WE WENT BACK LAST YEAR TO GET A USED COROLLA FOR OUR DAUGHTER. WE WORKED WITH EVANS AND SCOTT. UPON COMPLETION OF THE PAPERWORK, EVANS ASKED US TO RETURN IN AN HOUR SO THE DEALERSHIP COULD "CLEAN UP" THE CAR. UPON OUR RETURN, WE WALKED RIGHT BY THE COROLLA WITHOUT RECOGNIZING IT! WHAT A TREMENDOUS EXPERIENCE IT WAS......... EARLIER THIS YEAR, I DECIDED TO TRADE IN MY 16 YEAR OLD RAV 4. THEY FOUND ME JUST THE RIGHT VEHICLE (AGAIN) GAVE ME A FAIR PRICE FOR MY TRADE-IN, AND MADE THE ENTIRE TRANSACTION VERY EASY. Having very little experience with buying a new car, I was delighted with the presentation and the offer, and the feedback that I got on e-mail. I traveled 40 miles to reach Venice and was greeted by Brian at the door. He showed me the new car and we did a visual inspection. He completed the paperwork as needed, and we agreed on a reasonable price for my traded in vehicle. At completion of the signing, he showed me the workings of the inside of the new car. I thought that I had an truly exceptioal experience and drove away delighted with my new toy. More
