WE WENT TO CRAMER TOYOTA IN 2002 TO PURCHASE A NEW HIGHLANDER. OUR EXPERIENCE WAS SO GOOD, THAT WE WENT BACK LAST YEAR TO GET A USED COROLLA FOR OUR DAUGHTER. WE WORKED WITH EVANS AND SCOTT. THEY HIGHLANDER. OUR EXPERIENCE WAS SO GOOD, THAT WE WENT BACK LAST YEAR TO GET A USED COROLLA FOR OUR DAUGHTER. WE WORKED WITH EVANS AND SCOTT. THEY WERE EXTREMELY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL, STAYING WITH IN OUR BUDGET, HELPING US OBTAIN FINANCING AND FINDING JUST THE RIGHT VEHICLE. UPON COMPLETION OF THE PAPERWORK, EVANS ASKED US TO RETURN IN AN HOUR SO THE DEALERSHIP COULD "CLEAN UP" THE CAR. UPON OUR RETURN, WE WALKED RIGHT BY THE COROLLA WITHOUT RECOGNIZING IT! WHAT A TREMENDOUS EXPERIENCE IT WAS......... EARLIER THIS YEAR, I DECIDED TO TRADE IN MY 16 YEAR OLD RAV 4. THEY FOUND ME JUST THE RIGHT VEHICLE (AGAIN) GAVE ME A FAIR PRICE FOR MY TRADE-IN, AND MADE THE ENTIRE TRANSACTION VERY EASY. UNFORTUNATELY, 13 DAYS AFTER I GOT THE CAR, I WAS HIT HEAD-ON BY A CARELESS DRIVE & THE CAR WAS TOTALED! YOU CAN GUESS WHERE I'LL GO AND WITH WHOM I'LL WORK WHEN I NEED A REPLACEMENT! Having very little experience with buying a new car, I was delighted with the presentation and the offer, and the feedback that I got on e-mail. I traveled 40 miles to reach Venice and was greeted by Brian at the door. He showed me the new car and we did a visual inspection. He completed the paperwork as needed, and we agreed on a reasonable price for my traded in vehicle. At completion of the signing, he showed me the workings of the inside of the new car. I thought that I had an truly exceptioal experience and drove away delighted with my new toy. More

When I walked into Cramer Toyota, a polite woman approached me and asked what I was looking for. Me dealing with auto dealerships all day for my job knew what I wanted but it wasn't the easiest to o approached me and asked what I was looking for. Me dealing with auto dealerships all day for my job knew what I wanted but it wasn't the easiest to obtain. I wanted GREAT gas mileage, a very low APR and to trade in my faithful yet upside down sidekick car. She said if anyone knows how to make it happen, it was Mr. Davis. Somehow, Mr. Davis achieved all of those getting me into a brand new hybrid, not a used but new, my interest rate dropped nearly 14 points (which is wonderful might I add) and has helped me get back on track credit wise, economically with a car that gets great mpg and with a great standard warranty that I can say I don't see everywhere else. The Team at Cramer Toyota made it so that I was in a great position to better my present and future as far as my credit goes, and in a vehicle that isn't upside down and if the day comes that my new little hybrid has seen too many miles (a family members Toyota is reaching 200k so that's a long way away :)) I know exactly where I'll go back to. I went to Cramer with a very limited and specific budget and was treated like family. At all times I felt that the salesman I worked with, Frank Ragan, gave me his full attention. He was professional yet ex and was treated like family. At all times I felt that the salesman I worked with, Frank Ragan, gave me his full attention. He was professional yet extremely personable. He introduced me to the Used Cars Sales Manager Scott Stiffler and I felt he also went out of his way to make me feel great about buying a vehicle from Cramer. I would recommend that anyone's first and only stop in car shopping be at Cramer Toyota. Wonderful people!! More

Jonathan by far was the best car sales person I've had the pleasure to deal with. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in. Recently, I bought a 2006 Chrysler Sebring convertible from Cramer Toyota. I LOVE this car! While it wasn't the vehicle I originally went there to see, it turned out to be a much better deal. I didn't from Cramer Toyota. I LOVE this car! While it wasn't the vehicle I originally went there to see, it turned out to be a much better deal. I didn't think that I could obtain the financing needed to purchase this car, but Fran, Randy & the finance manager put together the deal, and arranged the financing, along with an agreeable monthly payment. Also, while the car did need some repair, Cramer took care of me right away, and even included a 4-wheel alignment, all at no cost to me. KUDOS to Cramer Toyota. Yes, I would recommend this dealership to my friends. More
