Dear cramerlie, Cramer Toyota is sorry for any confusion that resulted while you were in our dealership. When we dealer trade for a vehicle, we have the consumer sign a sheet authorizing the exact equipment. Then prior to the delivery and paperwork the consumer is required to inspect the vehicle and then during the paperwork process we have them sign a form stating clearly that nothing additional is owed by the dealership and the vehicle is as expected.
