Terrible experience…2 hours 15 minutes to put on a new tire that I was only told it couldn’t be repaired no explanation as to why it couldn’t be patched when they put air into it I drove 75 miles before r tire that I was only told it couldn’t be repaired no explanation as to why it couldn’t be patched when they put air into it I drove 75 miles before returning to the dealership without the tire light appearing to have the new tire put on. Then I was charged $335.00 for the experience. I also waited 2 hours the day before for them to put it up on the rack and tell me it couldn’t be repaired. Horrible experience and I will never buy a car from them again. More

I took my Camry in to prepare it for a drive across the country. The service counter gal was terrific and suggested everything I needed in order to have a safe drive. This dealership has had my second car key since 9/30. They told me numerous times that they mailed it to me. It’s 11/25 and the key still hasn’t arrived. I’ve gotten the run around and lied to and treate They told me numerous times that they mailed it to me. It’s 11/25 and the key still hasn’t arrived. I’ve gotten the run around and lied to and treated like xxxx by this dealership. And I still don’t have my key!! I have texts showing I’ve tried to get them to send me my key back. Wasting my time and getting fricking pissed at the incompetence and crappy service. Posting negative reviews everywhere about this crappy dealer. Mail my key back like you said you would, for f’s sake!!!!! More
