Not at all what I expected for maintenance, my significant other died four months ago, the smart engineer could have done much of this himself! I could have installed the battery! And saved 30$. I’m 77.5 and down to only this one car, a Prius! I used to have three… If I don’t receive a really great coupon for the upcoming oil change I will never return to this Toyota for ANY SERVICE! So the two main things I expected were not done!! Oil change and tire rotation. Please contact me if you want to hear more, I don’t have the receipt with me right now! I plan to talk to the manager before I put my review on the internet, so others can be warned! More

I paid $5000 down with a credit card and returned the next day with a check. The check however, was for the entire amount. This dealer called me a couple months later and told me they thought I overpaid them for this car by $5000. They were right and returned the money to me. It just doesn't get any better than this!
