Stopped in for an estimate on some ruitine service with my lexus. Standard 15k maintenance. Was greeted by a service writer politely, friendly, and down to earth. No fakeness or salesman attitude. I was then told they could do it right then. Because of the convenience and professionalism of the service department I agreed. 30 minutes later it was done. Fast, friendly, professional. Salesperson Joe M. was a pleasure to deal with. The actual transaction is not completed yet (taking possession of the car). CARFAX noted tires need to be rotated (use was a pleasure to deal with. I was told we only needed to put a down payment on the car. However, the financial person (David) made the bill out in full (this actually messed up my bank accounts, it isn't straightened out yet). Venice Toyota was paid in full, but I have to pay additional bank fees because of the way the transaction was handled. I transferred the money as soon as I got home home, but David took the money out of my account immediately which messed up my accounts. I will give further details and another rating after we pick up the car. More
