The service managers were confused about replacing my windshield. I had to call my insurance company three times and the windshield company twice to set it up. They also tried to charge me for service covered in my maintenance contract with the excuse that they don’t know about it until I tell them. I went to e ice Toyota for consumer advisory. They couldn’t then they could get the car in for a look. Also a tire light. He called my in the car on my way home and it’s my fault he called my name and texted and couldn’t find me. It was my fault I was still waiting additional time because he couldn’t find me so he gave up. Unbelievable — bad “customer service”. The car still under warranty but will look elsewhere for even oil changes and tires. My original dealer gave me free oil changes for life and a car wash anytime. Toyota Corp should look at this business. If they treat you poorly for safety related issues what do you get for a major problem? More
