Serviced 2019 Toyota Sienna. The interaction with service advisor Joseph Huynh was excellent. but overall disappointed. The paper work says tire pressure set to 36 psi (factory spec. 35 psi), but when checke advisor Joseph Huynh was excellent. but overall disappointed. The paper work says tire pressure set to 36 psi (factory spec. 35 psi), but when checked after returning home the pressure in all tires was between 32 and 33 psi (and my gauge tends to show high). So apparently nothing was done, just check on the paper work. This is the second time it happened. This begs the question if all other requested service items were performed. More
