Without exception the staff has been courteous and always appraised me of the work to be done and the cost and time before starting the work. I drive a Prius and recently had a dead battery. Venice Toyota was unable to get yhose batteries and gave me a free loaner to keep until the batteries arrived. It tooktwo and a half weeks and finally they arrived. I was told to drop the loaner off at the Toyota agency...simple! I appreciate having a company that i can count on. More
