My 2016 Toyota Tacoma. My overall experience has been good. I have had my 2016 Toyota Tacoma TRD serviced twice now by Venice Toyota. My only reason for choosing Venice Toyo My overall experience has been good. I have had my 2016 Toyota Tacoma TRD serviced twice now by Venice Toyota. My only reason for choosing Venice Toyota is it's location and convenience. My only pet peeve is attention to detail. I have had my trucks tires rotated twice and both times they have not replaced a missing valve stem cap. I also want to coment on the appearance of the customer waiting area and the parts department retail area. They're both in need of some major renovation. The parts department has no Toyota related stock just cheap tools and gas station sunglasses. The waiting area carpet is stained and the chairs are nasty full of crumbs. This is the dirtiest dealership I have ever been to. But they got the work done and Ken B was friendly and considerate. More

They made the crack in my windshield way bigger Took my car in to get serviced and told Jole about the crack so there wouldn’t be any issues. When I picked it up it was about 8 inches longer!
