Purchased a 2018 RAV4 I came in to check out a possible purchase of a RAV4 after speaking with Rhonda a great person to deal with. After speaking with Mike Varga a true gen I came in to check out a possible purchase of a RAV4 after speaking with Rhonda a great person to deal with. After speaking with Mike Varga a true gentleman I purchased a 2018 RAV4. Upon picking up the vehicle today they only had one key which I believe is unacceptable. Upon speaking with service dept I was told it would cost me close to $300. I was then told they would work out a deal of $125. No way was I paying anything for the second key. After threatening to take back my $16000.00 check I used to pay for the vehicle and go to another dealer to purchase a vehicle like a Honda CRV I was told they would have a key for me by Tuesday. Shame it had to get to that. I should have been told we need to get you an additional key at our cost. I realize you are in the business of making $$$ but how about some customer service.
