Service is not service anymore I wasn’t on list even though had appointment. Asked if knew whether I had wheel coverage or not. Said it’s extra and I would have bought in sales. This Toyota doesn’t wash cars after service either. Very disappointed. Only positive done in half hour. Was told hour and half so had someone go with me so I wouldn’t have to wait. More

New Car Purchase My experience with Venice Toyota began over the Internet. I was searching the new car inventory, clicked on vehicle and requested an internet price. A My experience with Venice Toyota began over the Internet. I was searching the new car inventory, clicked on vehicle and requested an internet price. After entering my personal data, I received a phone call for a sales rep in less then one minute. Amazingly quick. We did set up an appointment for the next day and started the process of putting together some options to get a deal done. That process was very informative and done in a professional matter. As I was not exactly ready to do a deal on that day, when I was ready a few weeks later, we met again and were able to put a deal together. Again, done in a very professional manner. All of the required paperwork and financing documents were prepared and executed without any problems. After the deal was closed, the salesman spent an hour with me in the new vehicle carefully explaining all of the features in great detail. He had excellent knowledge of the features and answered all of my questions. All in all, the entire process was handled very well and I would refer family and friends to this dealership. More

No one smiles or greets the customer when they walk in. This is the first Survey or any type of inquiry regarding my satisfaction. Good thing the Toyota brand speaks for itself because this dealership is lacking in customer service. If another service department was closer I would use them and my next Toyota will be from a different dealership. More
