I had a very poor experience with Body shop I was quoted three days for my repair it took two weeks and was never given a phone call I called after one week was told truck would be done that da I was quoted three days for my repair it took two weeks and was never given a phone call I called after one week was told truck would be done that day had to rush into detail I told him not to rush I would pick up in two days show up to pick up truck not done again no phone calls again Call me by end of day tell me truck is ready come pick up right before closing paint. This was an insurance job that I added some other paint work to be done at same time something happened to paint so Tech buffed out mistake and buffed through paint. Manager told me they buff out all paints but the only thing that was buffed on the truck is where the paint problem is. Now taking a long time to get fixed terrible quality control terrible customer service communication is not a strong point More

Minimal service I just moved here from the east coast. Since I have owned the car, I have had service every 5000 miles. A wash and vacuum was always included. I was told over the phone that a tire rotation was included in the price for my oil change. Upon arrival I was going to be charged an additional 20 for the tire rotation. This is the only Toyota dealership in town, but the service is certainly not what I have been used to on the east coast. Btw, I have been in a Toyota since 2000. So I am not new to customer service at Toyota dealerships, just this one. More
