Tom Manobianco met us at the front door, asked what we were looking for and showed us a couple of vehicles. He was super knowledgeable about all of the features and extras and how all the systems worked on the vehicles. This was especially helpful to us since we haven't purchased a new car since 2006. He has a great demeanor and seemed more interested in making us happy than just selling a car. We purchased a new 2018 Camry SE and the whole process from start to finish was a breeze. Tom took the time to set our headlights to be automatic and set our sensing systems up for us. And, right before we left Tom even linked our phones via bluetooth to the car. Great salesman and a great dealership. More

Slow oil change I took our Lexus in for an oil change at 9:15 today (had an appointment). I was told it would be 45 min to an hour. Around 10:30 I went to check and they said it was just “put up” to be done. It took around 1:40 ish to finish so I was rushed to get out and get to my flight. Seems like it should go more quickly and customers should be kept informed. More
