The salesman is great, its the dealership that I am not happy with. I have been trying to buy a 2021 Tacoma, but the mark up over MSRP is ridiculous. During COVID, stores were criticized and even fined for price gouging due to shortages. No difference at Ventura Toyota with their $2,000 and $3,000 mark-up over window sticker as a "market adjustment." price gouging due to shortages.
