service department Brought my jetta TDI in for oil change and diagnostics. Customer service was great! I received horrible customer service. I called the sales person with a question and he told me he would call me right back. I never got a call back so I drove down to the dealership and s I called the sales person with a question and he told me he would call me right back. I never got a call back so I drove down to the dealership and spoke to the sales manager and he promised me he would call me with a answer the net morning. Still no call. I again had to drive back down to the dealership to get the answer to my question. I wish I never got a car from those idiots. More
