Jordan is the best! I started my vehicle search at Vern Eide thinking that I probably wasn't going to have any luck because I have literally no credit. Well this was true I started my vehicle search at Vern Eide thinking that I probably wasn't going to have any luck because I have literally no credit. Well this was true in the fact that the financers they went through weren't going to take a chance on me without a co-signer. Jordan understood I wanted to avoid this. He then went to the financers at one of their other locations with the same results. He helped me with a good contact for my own personal bank, same result. He then directed me to a credit union that did give me a loan, with decent interest rates! I was shocked! I am so grateful that Jordan had all these local contacts and takes pride in doing his job well. I don't know that I would be in my new vehicle, had I gone to someone else. I definitely feel he went above and beyond the call of duty to get me in my new vehicle. It's like he knew exactly what I wanted! His personal touch is astounding! He even brought my vehicle to me, at my work, so I could test drive it on my break! I seriously felt as if I was the only customer he was working for during the week or so we worked to get me a new vehicle! I was nervous about getting a car from a dealership, it was a completely foreign experience for me. I can say that I was pleasantly surprised! It was a wonderful and extremely fun experience! Dream Truck I was in the search for a new truck after mine had rolled over 300,000. I heard an add for Vern Eide on the radio talking about Ford Super-duty trucks I was in the search for a new truck after mine had rolled over 300,000. I heard an add for Vern Eide on the radio talking about Ford Super-duty trucks. I called that morning and talk to CJ about what I was looking for. He found three options that were in the range of what I was looking for. After doing some more research he found an even better truck that worked for the payment, the warranty and the specifics I was looking for. I went up on Saturday to get the truck, the dealership was busy and CJ was with a customer. Right away we were put with Jordan who took us out to the truck. I am very particular about what I am buying especially when buying a used diesel. They waited to start the truck for the first time that day until I was there so I could here it cold. They put the truck on the lift and let me look under it and had complete service records for the truck ready for me to see. They treated us extremely well and made the buying process very pleasant. I love the new truck and will definitely be going back when it is time to trade! Chris was great to work with as well in the business office! More
