Thanks for being patient! I do not go on a car when they are open! One bad experience is the reason. I drove past the lot looking everyday at the blue escape! One day I decide to stop and jump in the drivers seat. As quick as that a sales man was there. I was on edge! I explained that I didn't need help I just wanted to sit in the car. Blaine asked if he could tell me about the escape. I was ok with that. He was very nice and understanding as I told him I was not ready to buy the car. I asked for some info about the escape. I took the book home and read up. The car was sold before I was ready to buy. I still watched the lot everyday for another blue escape. I was finally ready to buy my car as Blaine called me to tell me that they had a blue escape on the lot! No pressure equals no problem! Blaine was very through about teaching me everything about my new car! This car purchase was the best I have ever had. I would recommend Blaine as a top notch sales man to everyone! Pam is outstanding Just bought a 2010 Lincoln Navigator in Sioux Falls and was heading across the state for a family vacation. The driver side wiper blade flew off in a Just bought a 2010 Lincoln Navigator in Sioux Falls and was heading across the state for a family vacation. The driver side wiper blade flew off in a rain storm. We pulled up and were promptly greeted with no appointment. Not planning on issues, Pam called around for us to find the pieces we needed. They were not available so they suggested we move 1 blade to the driver side so we could continue with our trip. we appreciated the suggestion and the fact the other blade was removed so the windshield did not get damaged. They got us in immediately and took care of it in under an hour. Jared the technician was courteous, and did a top notch job! Pam Englelland our service advisor was so polite and helpful. She found a phone number for us to help make things go smoothly for the "tourist aspect' of our trip! We were just delighted with the two of them and the dealership overall. If we lived near Mitchell, we would always be happy to return here for service! There's a certain South Mississippi dealership that could take a lesson from these folks! More
