Vern Eide Ford Lincoln

On the Hunt I recently purchased a 2013 Ford F350 in Kodiak Brown from Vern Eide Ford Lincoln in Mitchell. I had been hungting for this specific color for 7 month I recently purchased a 2013 Ford F350 in Kodiak Brown from Vern Eide Ford Lincoln in Mitchell. I had been hungting for this specific color for 7 months and had many deals slip through my fingers. I had saw this truck online for several weeks and always passed it up due to a tear in the driver's seat. My wife set out to prove a point and contacted Mac at Vern Eide and he worked to ensure that the seat was repaired to our satisfaction. We also worked with Jordan and CJ. Although they weren't as knowledgable about diesel engine they did their best to answer any questions that I had. Even going as far as pulling maintenance logs. I gave up a few bells and whistles for the the color I have liked since Ford released it in 2011, but it was worth it. Jordan was low key and low pressure wanting to assure that the financing and deal made sense for you. My only criticism regards the cleanliness of the truck. I crawled under it while at the lot to inspect the suspension and frame and their were piles of gravel packed in the bumpers and skid plates. Any decent wash boy could easily notice this and cure the problem. The paint was also a bit lack luster, but a quick buff and shine with an orbital buffer and some good wax has taken care of the problem. Additinally, the interior needed a little more work. The vents we fill of dirt and seats needed a good cleaning. The dealer did note the truck had not been all the way through detail yet. However, in my opinion it needed at less another 3 or 4 hours in detail. That aside I have to thank Mac, Jordan, and CJ for helping set me up with my 2013 KODIAK BROWN F350!!!! More

I called when I was about 10 miles outside of Mitchell and Adam was very helpful on telling me the easiest route to their location, said they could get me in right away, and when I pulled in he told Pam exactly where I was going and she took me right back to get my info and to the lounge. They were extraordinary in the customer service aspect and treated us like regular people not just "customers". Brad was very willing to help us and was great to work with! He went the extra mile by communicating with my husband and keeping in touch with him. Brad even put up with my "haggler" of a husband (you're a saint!). The Fiance Manager, Brad was also great to work with and joked around with us. I loved the atmosphere and how we were treated. After sending an email inquiring about a vehicle I I have been a long time customer of Vern Eide but I had never been to the dealership in Mitchell. After sending an email inquiring about a vehicle I saw online, I was contacted right away by sales person Brad Ruhland via text message. As I prefer to communicate via text I was grateful that was how he reached out to me. After talking with him briefly over the phone we decided to make the hour long drive from Sioux Falls to Mitchell. The entire experience was extremely easy. Brad made sure to accommodate our every wish and kept us happy & entertained while the negotiations & business end of buying a car (the back & forth of prices and payments) were worked out. In the end I ended up leaving with a brand new car with payments I can afford and a wonderful new friend within the Vern Eide family. More
