Of note, I did not know how to drive a manual transmission vehicle prior to buying my Mustang GT Premium from Vern Eide Ford/Lincoln. My wife, on the other hand, was able to drive a stick, and actually was the one who drove the car during our test drive. As embarrassing as this was for me, Jordan was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable. He made the whole process a pleasant experience. Similarly, Cory Marek was friendly, knowledgable, and did a great job of explaining the financial details. More

Long Trip but Worth It I worked with Jordan St. Clair, a sales consultant, for at least three weeks before we drove five hours to pick up our vehicle. Jordan's enthusiasm and willingness to work was absolutely great. When we arrived everyone was friendly except for a manager. We drove over five hours to get a vehicle and he didn't even acknowledge us. He knew we were in the building and he did not introduce himself or even say "hi." I was extremely put off by him. I thought he was extremely unprofessional and expected more out of a MANAGER. A simple "hi" or "thanks for coming" would have been nice. Everyone else that we worked with was fabulous, though! This dealership had SUPER friendly staff. The vehicle we purchased was not completely detailed, but I worked through that. I had to take a baby wipe and wash off the back of the driver's seat and part of the passenger's seat, but those are small details that I could deal with. More

Outstanding Salesman We drove 1 hour to look at vehicles, upon arriving at Vern Eide in Mitchell, SD we were greeted by Nate Satrang and he showed us a couple of Escapes. We drove 1 hour to look at vehicles, upon arriving at Vern Eide in Mitchell, SD we were greeted by Nate Satrang and he showed us a couple of Escapes. He went over all options for both vehicles, we told him we were just out shopping. he never pressured us into a sale. one week later we called Nate and told him we were coming to look again, before we arrived he called us to let us know the Escape was sold, but when we got there he started to search for other Escapes. he did a spectacular job working with us on what we were looking for. he was friendly, curtious, and willing to o out of his way to find us a vehicle. we would recommend Nate and Vern Eide Ford to anyone shopping for a vehicle. Once there he showed us the units we were interested, provided valuable suggestions and information for our consideration ...and in the end put together a deal for us that allowed us to purchase a 2015 F350 in the price range we were going to spend for a used one. Throughout the process we found him to be friendly, informative, and not pushy in any way. We would recommend him to anyone ...... More

We are a Ford family and have been for a while. My folks have a '13 Taurus, and we own an '12 F-150 and a '14 Focus.
