They sent, not only pictures of the vehicle I was interested in buying, but Cory took Videos of the vehicle for me to watch. He did this while the temperature was at or below 0. I flew in at 10:15am, they had someone there to pick me up at the airport. It was about an hour drive to the dealership. I inspected the vehicle, signed all the paper work, they got me great financing. I was on my way home by 2pm. So refreshing to work with a dealership that truely appriecates your business. Within the last couple years my husband and sons bought new Ford pickups @ Vern Eide Ford in Mitchell. They were extremely pleased and impressed with the experience so we came back this year to shop for a new Ford pickups @ Vern Eide Ford in Mitchell. Les Neugebauer was willing to go above and beyond his duties to give us a great shopping experience! It was extremely cold out and he never complained once, he just took it all in stride. We had originally asked if Wayne Jones was around, but it was his day off. But to our surprise when Les visited with him on the phone he came in despite the circumstances. Wayne too has always been extremely helpful and I appreciate his sense of humor! He has always been courteous and knowledgeable and tries his hardest to get us the BEST deal! I've been a resident of Mitchell and the surrounding area for 37 years and have known these two guys almost as long. Chris Brink was a great salesman! he knew everything about the vehicle from top to bottom, on top of that he went out of his way to double check all the fluids and tire pressure after he gassed it up! The finance office was tremendous as well ! They got me a great deal on a gas saver for this up coming year. I really recommend Vern Eide of Mitchell to everyone. They truly do care about making you satisfied, also to mention the car I purchased was very clean!!! I cant believe its a 2009 and it looks brand spanking new, almost all the vehicles I looked at were in awesome shape! Go check them out.
