The sales staff was welcoming and friendly and worked with me for hours as we sorted out my credit and I signed for my car. I think I spent four hours in the store that day. I came into Vern Eide Ford just to look at potential pickup possibilities; not being a Ford owner (or even a Ford supporter for that matter) before, I truly had no intent of being sold on a Ford. With the help of these two gentlemen and the merchandise they were able to present, however, I was fairly quickly convinced and sold on walking out, keys in hand, to a new Ford.
