Mack was the best salesman I have met so far. I was shopping around for a new or used vehicle that would be baby friendly. Oh, and within my budget! He gave me wonderful advice for the right car. I came into Vern Eide Ford just to look at potential pickup possibilities; not being a Ford owner (or even a Ford supporter for that matter) before, I truly had no intent of being sold on a Ford. With the help of these two gentlemen and the merchandise they were able to present, however, I was fairly quickly convinced and sold on walking out, keys in hand, to a new Ford. Being from Sioux Falls I was not all that familiar with Vern Eide Ford. I had been to Vern Eide Honda before and enjoyed my experience there so I thought I would give them a try. I'm glad I did. I was treated like I was the only one in the building (even though it was actually extremely busy. Nate worked with me throughout the entire process and was great. Even though he is a newer employee he was still able to get me all the answers I needed. Ben did my paperwork and was sure to explain everything I had questions on.
