I would recommend them to my friends and family, in fact I already have, whenever anyone asked me about my Ford Edge, I always told them that I loved my car and where I purchased it. Charlie Bates was very helpful in explaining the terms of the lease and the advantages of leasing. Cory Marek initially showed me the vehicle and took me for a test drive, he was great! Ben Sevigny completed the transaction and showed me all the features of the vehicle and spent a lot of time making sure my I-phone was synced with the vehicle. He found that my phone needed an update which I hadn't done and he did that for me. Tyler Laffey was very friendly and helpful during the final paperwork part of the sale and explained anything that I asked him about. All in all I had a satisfying experience with the dealership.
