We actually drove from Rapid City (275 miles) to buy a car from Vern Eide because of a poor experience with our local dealership. From the first, the people at Vern Eide were great to work with. Corey answered our email inquiring about the vehicle we were interested in immediately, and called us the next day. He answered all of our questions, pulled the vehicle aside when we decided to drive there to look at it, and even gave us directions over the phone when we got a little lost!! Wayne took us for a test drive, helped with the paperwork, and generally entertained us while all of that was being done. The price on the vehicle was very fair (and far less than the same vehicle in Rapid City was!), the trade in allowance was fair, and everything went smoothly. Everyone we met in the dealership was very friendly and helpful. I was impressed with how clean the dealership was, and also about the snack bar area with free fountain drinks and cookies for customers. We actually wanted a clear coating put onto the vehicle so we had to come back to pick it up, when we got there they had the car ready to go, and Corey spent a good amount of time in the car with us explaining the features from top to bottom and how to use them. This is actually the first time I have enjoyed buying a car, and it was very well worth the drive to work with this dealership. I have already recommended them to several friends, and next time I want to buy a vehicle, they will be the first place I look. More

Ryan has always either answered his phone or called us back when we have needed his assistance. He was not pushy like some car salesmen can be. We do not live in Mitchell as we are from Plankinton and wit back when we have needed his assistance. He was not pushy like some car salesmen can be.
