Vern Eide Ford Lincoln

I live in Ohio I tried to purchase a used Ford F150 Limited locally. I felt uncomfortable at one dealership and had a TERRIBLE experience trying to buy my truck from another. I found the vehicle I wanted on line....in South Dakota. I reached out via the Vern Eide Ford website and was promptly contacted by Corey. I've heard about people buying a vehicle site unseen and was skeptical. Cory was able to answer every question I had and made me very comfortable. I had concerns about the true condition of the truck. He crawled all around it, took many pictures and emailed them to me. I was worried about rust at the bottom of the inside of the doors. Corey quickly took more pictures which showed me there were no problems. Corey committed to me that he would inspect the truck as if it was being purchased by a memeber of his family. The only problems he found were two small stone chips that had been touched up on the front bumper. I was able to get all the service records and a squeaky clean Carfax. The biggest challenge was to make plans to get my new truck. I looked at one way flight costs and gahered quotes to have it transported. None of my options were attractive. Cory, along with the Vern Eide Ford team became very creative. There was a vehicle in Ohio they needed to pick up and it was two hours from me. Arrangements were made to complete my purchase in Ohio. My truck was delivered to me in Ohio - at no additional cost to me. I received my truck, freshly washed and with a full tank of gas. Even the driver represented the quality of service, trust and friendliness I enjoyed with Corey I have had may share of poor experiences with customer service. I cannot think of a time when I received better, more personal service than I did from Corey. I got the truck I wanted at a fair price and with exceptional service. The truck delivered exactly as Corey represented it. My 2008 F 150 Limited looks like new. I am very happy to own it and thrilled to drive it. As mentioned, I was nervous buying a truck sight unseen. I received better service and a better vehicle at a fair proce from Corey who was almost 900 miles away than I found possible from dealerships within 30 minutes of my home. I would not hesitate to buy a vehicle from Corey and Vern Eide Ford again. More

Corey has been tremendous to work with. He is the first salesperson that catered the information and the sale to me rather than my husband or son. He was not so interested in just selling me a car but rather finding the right vehicle to meet all my needs. I have recommended him over an over to my friends. I am more than willing to drive the 60 miles to Mitchel to shop at Vern Eide and with Cory. A local dealership asked me I purchased my vehicle from someone and else and I explained the number one reason was Corey. The other dealerships and salespeople I worked with would not talk to me or answer my questions. They simply did not know how to work with a female buyer. We drove to Mitchell from Sioux Falls to look at the available vehicles. We were impressed with the selection and also how clearly each vehicle was marked - we could drive past the vehicle and see at a available vehicles.
