Excellent Service I called in to get my F-150 an appointment to take care of a few recalls, Vern Eide looked up what my F-150 had for recalls and got the parts on hand. detail..car wash vacuum I had expected my car to have the trunk vacuumed...I had emptied it and it was not vacuumed. Apparently the vacuum job is only for the interior. online problems I signed up for service online and asked for them to pick up my vehicle at my workplace and return when finished. They did not. I stopped by at lunc I signed up for service online and asked for them to pick up my vehicle at my workplace and return when finished. They did not. I stopped by at lunch and they said sometimes the online service choices don't show up correctly. They did squeeze me in, but did not have a vehicle for me to use. We had to take my car to work, then they drove it back. Customer service is one of my most important aspects in choices of who takes care of my car, and it was sadly lacking this time. More
