Awful I tried to bring my car in for recalls, just to make an appointment took 2 different people, a lengthy hold and a call back. Had to wait over a week f I tried to bring my car in for recalls, just to make an appointment took 2 different people, a lengthy hold and a call back. Had to wait over a week for my appointment. Get there to be told they were trying to find time for me as I didn't have an appointment. I told them to forget it,I would go to another dealer. Called to tell me they found my appointment under someone else's name and that they had parts already ordered so come back. Asked them how long is it going to take and if they had a loaner car as no one had told me so far. Hour and a half and no loaner car. I drove half hour to get here and no loaner car. But they will give me a ride somewhere, home? Also said that all they are doing is a reflash and inspection of gas tank ... did you catch what they said before about having ordered in parts for me? A reflash and inspection takes ZERO parts. I think I will be driving twice the distance to a different dealer next time. More

The man working got us a time to bring in the vehicle fist thing in the morning, that was Saturday morning the mechanic got the wheel bearing fixed that day and we were on our way by early afternoon. Excellent! I broke down in Mitchell on my thru and Vern Eide Ford was awesome! After my vehicle was towed there, they got me in right away! Of course, the reason for the breakdown was a fluke in the computer system, but these guys did everything they could to make sure I would be safe to travel when I left. Jim Senger was very courteous, patient with my questions and was nice enough to help me hook up to my trailer when my vehicle was done. Jax was my mechanic and he was wonderful. He told me he drove my vehicle about 15 miles just to make sure it wouldn't stop running again. I have had zero problems since! So thanks again Vern Eide Ford, Jim and Jax. You made breaking down a lot less scary! More

Hate to break down but best place to do so. Great people. Waiting area was very nice. Cookies, coffee, slush machine, soda and popcorn. What else could you ask for. 10/10 More
