I've been dealing with Rich and Brian and the service department since I bought an '06 Escape and now with my '13 Edge (which I did NOT buy here!). Horrible experience....I ordered a truck waited 3 months for it to come in then covid hit and waited another 3 months for the dealer to reopen and when I went to pick it up they wound up selling it out from for it to come in then covid hit and waited another 3 months for the dealer to reopen and when I went to pick it up they wound up selling it out from underneath me the day before just to get one more unit sold before the end of the month...I spoke to the owner about it and he didn't seem to care even though I was a repeat customer....buyer beware and I highly recommend going elsewhere More
