Long distance purchase with no surprises I'm amending my review; My vehicle was advertised to come with remote start. It did not and after several emails and apparently responses meant to kee I'm amending my review; My vehicle was advertised to come with remote start. It did not and after several emails and apparently responses meant to keep me hoping they were making it right, I was eventually left with no response. I guess I should be happy it came equipped with four wheel drive and an engine. Still like the truck, just wish they had stood behind their description of it. I knew it came without a warrantee but thought it should come with the options stated. I live 1400 miles from Vernon and had been looking for a rust free Silverado, extended cab, 4x4, 5.3L, short bed, bench seat, preferably red for MANY months. I finally stumbled upon one that was exactly what I was looking for at the Vernon Auto Group. My first contact person was Nick Ware who gave me a certain level of trust in him because he was listening to what I was telling him and acting on it to answer my questions. This was not the only dealership I had talked to in my attempts to buy a rust free truck from an arid state but it was the first one that listened to what I was interested in and didn't assume what I wanted, Thank you Nick! Nick went and drove the truck for me and though not all of my questions got answered, enough did that I decided to purchase it and have it shipped. I arranged the shipper and Nick notified me when it was picked up (while it was being loaded) Melinda Hendley assisted me with the paperwork and overall I am very pleased with the truck. Getting it prepared for its first real winter. More

He does a great job at what he does he was super friendly and he is great at coustimour service. He made it even easier for us when we went to pic up the pickup, we live 4 hours away but he helped us and we only had to drive 2:30, he's just simply amazing:)!!!! More
