The entire transaction took place on the phone. A few pictures were exchanged. I was offered a very good trade-in price and the deal was done. I went to Vernon, TX from Enid, OK to pick up the truck. No one could explain why my new vehicle hade over 800 miles on it. Also I can't seem to get answers on the telephone after the sales. Sometimes I think that they sold me a vehicle and don't want to be miles on it. Also I can't seem to get answers on the telephone after the sales. I actually threaten to go to management if I wasn't put through to someone in the department. I did get someone then said they would call back the next day with the answer to my question. I called two days later and said I wanted the manager direct. Got him and he said that my request was wright in front of him and was just going to call. The request stems from trying to get my truck refinanced at a lower rate three months after buying the vehicle. That was last August. Passing the Buck, The manager said that a bank would contact me and to make sure to answer all the one 800 numbers. Well here I sit still waiting nine months later, no bank calls no follow-up from anyone. I might change my mind about recommending anyone to Vernon. I have already recommended a few friends. If they get treated like me with broken promises they wont be friends anymore. More
